Client coordinator Haylee Roebuck said she is the first port of call for anyone looking for a funeral plan.
Working for Golden Leaves since 2016, Haylee is the friendly voice on the phone who first speaks to clients who want to know more about Golden Leaves.
She said: “Anyone who wants to know more can come to me and I will make sure their calls is answered and they are handed to the right person in the team.”
Speaking about working for the company, Haylee said: “They are a great company and really look after their staff.
“I love my job and working with great people.”
Meanwhile, office manager Victoria Appleton looks after Golden Leaves’ insurance side, providing plans for everything from health to pet for its clients. She is also the first person they will speak to when a client needs to call Golden Leaves’ emergency number when a person has died.
Working for the company for four years, she said: “I’m the one who people will talk to when a client has died and it is my job to be both sympathetic and efficient, helping the caller with everything they need.”
The office is run by International Operations Director Emma Quantrill. Offering years of experience in finding the right funeral plan to meet a client’s needs, Emma is the company’s expert on everything to do with planning a funeral in Spain.
She said: “I can answer any questions clients have about a funeral plan and can always find the right one for them.
“We can offer every type of funeral service to ensure that a client’s wishes are always carried out.”
